Realign Business and Networking Events; Terms and conditions 

 

Age Restrictions

This event is strictly held for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid identification must be presented if requested upon entrance to the event. Acceptable forms of ID include; an in date driving license or passport. No exceptions will be made. 

 

Ticket Entry Only

Admission to the event is strictly by ticket only. Each attendee must present a valid ticket at the entrance, which is strictly checked against the guest list. No ticket, no entry. 

 

Non-refundable Event

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted or approved under any circumstances. 

 

Dress Code 

Formal attire is required. Attendees are expected to dress appropriately for a professional business event. Entry may be denied to those not adhering to the dress code. 

 

Sales Prohibited 

Sales of any goods or services are strictly prohibited during the event. Any individual or business found or reported to be engaging sales activity will be asked to leave the event immediately. 

 

Conduct 

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive, inappropriate or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. The event organisers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. We also hold the rights to ask anyone to leave under business decision. 

 

Property and Liability 

Realign Events organisers are not responsible for any personal property which is lost, stolen or damaged during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. 

 

Realign Event organisers shall not be held liable for injuries, losses or damages incurred by attendees at the event. 

 

Photography and Recording

By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and the use of such media for promotional purposes without compensation. 

 

Compliance 

Event attendees agree to comply with all instructions from the event staff and security personnel.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Awards  

All award applications will be considered at great length in regards to their contribution to society being considered ONLY. The type of business, social media following and sector in which the business sits, will not be considered.
